Standard Shipping and Handling Charges

At Coleman we want to make it as easy and convenient for you to get outside and shopping with us is no different. You can order online from your desktop, tablet or mobile device 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we will deliver to your home, workplace or address of your choice. 


Delivery costs are calculated based on total size and weight of your order and the delivery location. The delivery cost will be shown to you at checkout. When an order is placed, it will be delivered to the address designated by the purchaser. We will only deliver to addresses in Australia. 


Coleman is committed to providing great customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 2-7 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, or a full refund.


When your on line purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track the status of your delivery at any time.


If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact within 10 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.   


All prices shown on the website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Service Tax (GST) at 10%


Unused items in original condition purchased from may be returned upon presentation of the original invoice within 14 Days of order receipt. 

Please contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Of Goods Reference Number.

Returns or exchanges must be made by post.

If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs. However, we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges.
