Warranty Claims
How To Obtain Warranty Service
If you have any issues with your Coleman® purchase please take it back to the place of purchase (or your nearest authorised Coleman retailer). You can find the nearest Coleman retailer by looking at our store locator. You must take a proof of purchase with you to the retailer for assesment.
The costs of transporting the product to an authorised retailer for warranty service is the responsibility of the purchaser.
What If You Have Lost Your Receipt?
Coleman will accept a bank statement, that shows your transaction as proof of purchase.
Chair Spare Parts
Unfortunately we do not carry spare parts for the Coleman® chair range. We do however offer the warranty exchange. Please take the chair along with your receipt to the place of purchase for assessment. The store will then arrange for a replacement for you provided they agree that it is deemed as a manufacturing fault.
